This much-loved house is made for bringing people together. Whether you’re planning a family holiday, a special celebration, a long-overdue reunion, or a relaxed corporate retreat, The Big Pink House offers sole-use accommodation for groups of up to 22 guests across nine en-suite bedrooms. Seven bedrooms are located in the main house, with two additional rooms in the adjoining Cottage Annexe, all featuring walk-in showers and easy access. Beds can be arranged as super kings or twins, giving you flexibility for every type of stay.
Inside, there’s plenty of space to gather, eat, and unwind. A generous dining area sets the scene for shared meals, while two well-equipped kitchen spaces make catering for a crowd easy, with multiple ovens, hobs, dishwashers, and plenty of room to prepare food together.
The unstocked bar area adds a playful touch, inviting you to step into the role of barkeep for the evening. For downtime, there’s a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, alongside two games rooms packed with entertainment, including pool, air hockey, darts, arcade games, and a soft play area for younger guests. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Step outside and the space continues. The private garden offers room to relax and reconnect, with patio and decking areas, lawned spaces, and a dedicated children’s play area. Fire up the pizza oven or BBQ for laid-back outdoor dining, or sink into the hot tub, available all year round, whatever the season. There’s ample on-site parking, including an electric vehicle charging point, making arrival and departure straightforward for larger groups.
The Big Pink House is equally suited to social gatherings and more structured stays, including corporate meetings and team-building events. You can browse the photo gallery to get a feel for the layout and flow before booking.

What our guests say
I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The property was spotless, beautiful and exactly as described—if not better. Every detail felt carefully thought out, from the fresh linens to the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was easy to get to and plenty of things to do round about. The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I left already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay! I left with wonderful memories and a full heart, and I can’t wait to come back.
Fantastic place to rent. The owners were on hand with answers to any queries. Perfect place to stay for a family party. There was a large age range and it perfectly catered for everyone; games room, playroom, hot tub and bar. The fact that it was an old pub converted into a holiday home was the icing on the cake for us. Would highly recommend.
If you want a break with family, I would recommend The Big Pink House. It's absolutely perfect, games room with pool table air hockey and darts. It's clean and tidy sleeps 22 all rooms have showers it has a hot tub. I would recommend this for a good weekend.
Brilliant house for a large group. Fab kitchen/catering facilities & communal bar area. All beautifully clean. A particular mention to the company itself who have been very friendly & professional. Has been organised very well & prompt with all communication. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
